BREAD & PIZZA DOUGH MAKING WORKSHOP

Nothing beats the smell of a freshly baked loaf and its a simple process so why not learn how to make your own sourdough bread at home. Brad will cover the basics of bread making and demystify the process of using a natural leaven. He will share 3 simple bread recipes and provide everyone with a sourdough starter to take home and recreate the magic.

He will also demonstrate the secrets of creating your own pizza dough from scratch with everyone getting the chance to roll their own and pop it into the wood fired oven to enjoy for lunch.

Highlights include:

  • Recreate our Bread of the Day

  • Learn our Pizza Dough recipe

  • Learn tips and tricks for making your own sourdough bread and pizza bases at home

  • Each guest receives a sourdough starter to take home

  • Take home recipe and instruction booklet

  • Delicious lunch of wood-fired pizzas and salads using fresh organic produce from our veggie gardens served at our banqueting table

    Time: 10am – 3pm
