- Arrival at 10.30am

- Morning tea with a bite to eat on arrival

- Guided session of whats growing in The Falls Retreat gardens and how we use these in our floral arragements

- Demo from Shontelle on how to create a beautiful bouquet for your home

- Use your creative flair to make your own bouquet using the materials provided by Shontelle

- A delicious grazing platter lunch
