Learn how we utilise excess seasonal produce to create our own range of pickles, chutneys & jams. Brad will cover the types of fruit and vegetables that can be preserved, what blends of vinegars and herbs to use when you pickle and his top tips for successful jam making.

***This booking payment is non refundable. If cancellation is made more than 2 weeks before the event, it can be transferred to an alternative event of same or lesser value ( subject to availability). However, If cancellation made less than 2 weeks prior to the event date, transfer to a different date/event is not available, but we do allow bookings to be transferred to a different person with advance notice.
