Nourish Demo & Luncheon

$149 per person plus $4.35 credit card booking fee

Vicki from Nourish Magazine will demonstrate a few of the favourite recipes and tales from her travels – from Sicilian chickpea fritters (Panelle)  to knocking out gnocchi with tips she picked up from friend and chef Matteo in Barossa. To end award-winning chef Brad King and his kitchen team will serve it for a delicious 2 course lunch. Grab a few friends and join us for this great event in an awesome setting.

What to expect:

- Arrival at 10.30am

- Welcome drink and nibble with intro from Emma, co-owner at The Falls Retreat highlighting their Paddock to Plate ethos

- Cooking demo from - Vicki Ravlich Horan from Nourish Magazine and Taste of Tours Including:

  • Caponata

  • Panelle

  • Gnocchi

- Followed by a delicious lunch created by The Falls Retreat kitchen team.
